Apoorva Mukhija Addresses Sudhanshu Pandey's Criticism, Claims Abusive Language in Finale Episodes

Apoorva Mukhija, recently seen on 'The Traitors', has responded to Sudhanshu Pandey's comments regarding language and morality during a recent interview. She shared her perspective on the matter and discussed her experience on the reality show.

Apoorva addressed Sudhanshu Pandey's remarks, stating, “Sudhanshu ji has given 8 interviews till now. 80% of that he talks about me.” She highlighted that despite Pandey not mentioning her during the show itself, he has since repeatedly emphasized differences between men and women. She questioned his insinuations about why women face abuse, suggesting that his comments boil down to misogyny. She also claimed that Pandey used a lot of abusive language in the final episodes.

Mukhija expressed a degree of understanding for Pandey's behavior. She suggested that if she were a senior actor who felt she hadn't made a significant impact on the game, she might also be disappointed and motivated to respond defensively. She further added, "And the truth is, if he doesn’t talk about me, whose photo will he put in the thumbnail? Whose name will he write in his titles? And about whom will the headline be published?".

Apoorva revealed that she has repeatedly apologized to Pandey via WhatsApp for any offense caused. However, she claims that his response included a comment about wanting to see her treat her own child in a similar manner, and that his mother is very angry. She retorted that if that is how he treats his children, then she wishes him the best. She anticipates that he will continue this pattern of behavior throughout his life and expressed her disapproval of people who engage in moral policing, especially given her repeated apologies to both Pandey and Ashish, which she asserts he is aware of.

Regarding her professional life, Apoorva Mukhija made her acting debut in 2023 with the web series 'Who's Your Gynac?' and also appeared in the 2025 film 'Nadaaniyan'.
